Our program is inspired by the US National Plan for teaching swimming and developing long-term athletic plan for athletes.
All our swimming coaches are certified by the UAE Swimming Federation and the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA).
Parent & Me
6 months - 3 yearsThese 1:1 classes are designed to get babies comfortable in the water with parents and instructors working to lessen any separation anxiety or being scared of the water.
- To pass this level, kids need to complete 10 relaxed Bobs (going under the water blowing bubbles and coming back up).
- Parent gets into the pool with child and follow the instructor’s instruction.
- These classes create unforgettable bonding moments between the parent and the child while building a strong foundation for their future water skills.
Level 1 - Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles!
3 - 5 yearsThis Level is designed to get kids comfortable in the water and working with an instructor.
- To pass this level, kids need to complete 10 relaxed Bobs (going under the water blowing bubbles and coming back up).
Level 2 - Floats!
3 - 5 yearsThis level is designed to get kids more comfortable in the water and comfortable floating on their front and back.
- To pass the level, kids need to be able to float on their front and their back unassisted.
Level 3 - Kicks and Jumps!
5 - 6 yearsThis level is designed to get kids comfortable jumping in water over their head and moving through the water.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to jump into the water, surface, roll to their back and yell for help.
- They also need to be able to kick on their front and back unassisted.
Level 4 - Side Glide!
6 - 7 yearsThis level is designed to teach kids to kick and breathe while lying on their side.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to perform Side Glide Kick 5 meters unassisted and be able to do freestyle arms 5 meters.
Level 5 - Freestyle!
6 - 8 yearsThis level is designed to get kids swimming with correct breathing.
- To pass this level, kids need to swim 10 meters with side breathing.
Level 6 - Freestyle and Backstroke!
6 - 8 yearsThis level is designed to get kids swimming a longer distance in the freestyle as well as learning backstroke.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to swim freestyle and backstroke 25 meters (the full length of the pool).
Level 7 - Breaststroke!
7 - 9 yearsThis level is designed to get kids swimming longer distances in the freestyle and backstroke as well as learning the kick for breaststroke.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able swim 50 meters freestyle and backstroke and perform breaststroke kick 10 meters.
Level 8 - Breaststroke and Butterfly!
7 - 9 yearsThis level is designed to finish teaching breaststroke and start learning butterfly.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to swim breaststroke 25 meters and do the dolphin kick 10 meters.
Development Pioneers
9 - 10 yearsThis level is designed to finish teaching butterfly and to get kids ready for swim team.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to do a 100 IM (25 meters of each stroke) with turns and starts and be able to swim 100 meters freestyle and backstroke and 50 meters breaststroke and butterfly.
- When kids pass this level, they will be able to join the Development Gurus.
Pre Team Program 1: 4 Days/ week+ Dryland
Development Gurus
9 - 10 yearsThis level is designed to finish teaching butterfly and to get kids ready for swim team.
- To pass this level, kids need to be able to do a 200 IM (50 meters of each stroke) with turns and starts and be able to swim 100 meters of all strokes.
- When kids pass this level, they will have completed all 10 levels and will be able to join the swim team. Swimmers at this level participate in local and international competitions.
Pre team Program 2: Swimming: 6 Days/ week, Fitness: 2 days/ week
Squad Pioneers
11 - 13 yearsThis level is designed for competitive swimmers who participate in local and international competitions.
Training Program: Swimming: 6 Days/ week, Fitness: 3 days/ week
Squad Elite
14+ yearsThis level is designed for competitive swimmers who participate in local and international competitions.
Training Program: Swimming: 7- 8 sessions/ week, Fitness: 3-4 days/ week
